OUR MAIN MODELS OF MULTI-STATION MILL AND TURN MACHINES

The OMNI-TURN are patented cells, combining two machine frames in one machine ideal for very complex parts: one frame includes multiple lathes and manipulators for loading/unloading the various lathes, while the other frame includes a rotary table for static part machining before or after the main turning operations. These machines are designed for high precision and high volumes (typically automotive components) but offer quick change over and a wide flexibility within parts’ families.
